Kambree + Aiden

Aiden and Danica came over to visit us quite a bit when I got to stay home with Kambree for the first six weeks of her little life. We loved having them over to play and keep up company! We decided to get going on their wedding video;) I sure do love these babies!

 This girl smiles in her sleep and it melts my heart a hundred times over. I looove her!

 Shower time! We don't have a bath but she loves to sit in here while I shower!

I was making dinner and didn't know quite what to do with Kam so I put her in her high chair and she went right to sleep. She looks so teeny in there!

I do realize these videos and pictures weren't taken on the same day, but I felt the need to dedicate a post to this girl and the way she checks herself out in that little teeny mirror. We get a kick out of it every time. She also hasn't quite figured out how to hold on to toys yet so she just gets mad when we try and help her play, and it is hilarious!

Our Little Fish!

Little K was such a good girl at the pool. We would put her in the water for a bit and then put her on some blankets under the shade and she would go right to sleep! She is a water girl and we are so happy about that since we tend to spend as much time as we can at the lake. I couldn't swim and I was so sad about it, but it was still fun to watch these little fish swim! Yay for pool days!

back in the hospital

After doing the z-pack and antibiotics I still wasn't feeling like myself again. Dr. Lunt started getting worried that I might have a blood clot in my lungs and he sent me straight to the emergency room. Thank goodness my mom was able to come over and watch Kambree while Alex took me in, I was really happy to have him there with me. I ended up getting a CT scan to make sure it was just fluid in my lungs instead of a blood clot. We were thrilled when we found out it was just fluid. They decided I needed to go see a pulmonologist and we ruled out a blood clot. For a while they talked about admitting me to the hospital and I prayed and prayed they wouldn't. I didn't want to be back in the hospital especially with a brand new baby at home. Everything worked out and we got to go home a few hours later.

one month!

 This little girl is so much fun to have around, I can't believe it has already been a month! She can wiggle her way out of any swaddle, she loves the water, and she loves to eat! She usually wakes up about two times a night and stays awake almost all day besides a few thirty minute naps. She has a little mirror above one of her toys and she likes to look and coo at herself, it is so cute and funny! She is getting so big so fast, stay little sweet girl!
