CONDIE WEDDING

We made a quick trip up to Salt Lake for the Matt + Jamie Condie wedding. Alex was asked to be one of his groomsmen. We got to stay at Heidi's house over the weekend since she was in Hawaii, it was so nice, Kambree loved Aunt Heidi's bathtub! The morning of the wedding we met Abbey, Jordan, and Chris at Pig and A Jelly Jar for breakfast. It is our very favorite breakfast in Salt Lake, the chicken and waffles is delicious! After breakfast we headed straight to the temple, Abbey was so sweet to walk Kambree around temple square so both Alex and I could go to their sealing. There is nothing I love more than going to temple sealings, they are always so amazing, and I love how different and special each wedding is. After the wedding we went out for pictures and I think Kambree was maybe frozen. She and I headed in to one of the buildings to get warm while everyone took pictures. It was a miserable time for the both of us. After pictures we headed over to the Joseph Smith Memorial building for the luncheon. Kambree had a blowout, and then finally a much needed nap. She slept through the whole luncheon, and our shopping trip at City Creek after the luncheon. She even stayed asleep through part of the reception, the girl was tired! She had a long day, but she was a pretty darn good girl. After the reception we went to Pei Wei for dinner, and finally called it a day. We were exhausted. We spent the night at Heidi's again and got up the next morning and headed home. Our trip was short, but so sweet! We are so happy for Matt and Jamie!

-we got home in time for Sunday dinner with our family, Kambree was soo excited to see the boys, I love her little laugh!

Eric + Sunny

Even though I wasn't feeling that great we decided we really should go up to Eric and Sunny's wedding and i'm really glad we did. We hung out in the hotel for the most part which was actually pretty relaxing. The nights were awful. It was even harder to breathe for me up there and Kambree slept terribly. We ended up going on really late night drives trying to get the baby to sleep and it just wasn't a good situation. But we lived and we made it through the wedding weekend! Eric and Sunny had their reception the night before their wedding. It was gorgeous! & the gelato was to die for! Alex and I probably ate more than our fair share, oops! We were able to stay longer than I thought, we were glad K was being good so lots of family members could meet her. The next morning was the wedding and we were seriously worried about getting there on time. We were able to get there on time, thank goodness! We had arranged for Alex's cousin Anna to watch Kam while we all went to the ceremony, I was so worried she would cry the whole time. When we were getting our recommends scanned they told me I had brought my old one. I couldn't believe it. Then I had to wait for them to call my stake president, it was so stressful. I was going to be pretty mad if I couldn't go to the wedding, I really wanted to be there. I was glad one of Alex's aunt's forgot hers too so I had someone to wait with, and we walked into the wedding late together ha. We were so glad they got ahold of our stake presidents in time! The ceremony was amazing. I love going to weddings, especially in the temple. I was really relieved when got back to Kambree and Anna and Kambree was still asleep, yay! After the ceremony, it was time for pictures. Kambree was ready to eat and she was reallyyyy mad that the sun was shining right in her face. Pictures weren't very fun ha. After we finally got done with pictures we went down the street to a little park where there was lunch catered by kneaders, yum! We ended up just visiting for a couple hours and then we went back to our hotel, packed up and headed home. We were so lucky that K slept all the way up and all the way back from Salt Lake, and I even got a little nap too! It ended up being a good trip and I am really glad we decided to go up. It surely wasn't easy, but it was worth it. Congrats Eric and Sunny!

a weekend for FT (family time)

One of Alex's cousins was married a few weeks ago, and since it was a holiday weekend we decided to make a family weekend out of it! We went to lots of yummy places to eat like Zupas, Blue Lemon, CPK, Pei Wei, and a few other places. I got my fountain drink raspberry ice crystal light fix at Zupas which is always a plus! I need a crystal light fountain drink machine in my house!! I sure love that stuff! We spent one morning at the aquarium which ended up being a really good time, I loved it & i loved being able to experience it with the little boys, they make everything more fun! We played so many games of five crowns, and we took naps everyday! YES PLEASE! It was such a relaxing trip, just what we needed! Thanks for the fun weekend Hans and Lori!

Linc kept saying, "Mom give me my phone!" & then he took 200 pictures of the penguins most of which are extremely blurry, what a cutie he is!
 Penguins caught kissing!
Jett loved the dessert bompa ordered from Zupas! Everytime someone would get a spoonful he would open his mouth as wide as he could even if the bite wasn't going to him!
These three munchkins woke us up from a nap one day and we sat in bed, ate cheez-it's and talked about swimming. I love them too much!
Jack has been working out! He finally beat Alex this time!
We got to celebrate Eric's birthday while we were up there it was so fun to get so much family together!
Katie and I are due soo close together!
Thanks for the fun weekend H&L! We had such a good time!!
